By accessing or using Diffie, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activities that occur under your account, including use by teammates or anyone to whom you grant access.
3. The Service
Diffie provides tools for generating, running, monitoring, and reviewing end-to-end tests, including AI-assisted workflows, browser automation, video replays, logs, and related product features. We may change, improve, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
- Provide only data, credentials, and application access that you are authorized to use.
- Review AI-generated outputs and test actions before relying on them in production or CI workflows.
- Maintain appropriate security controls for your own systems, credentials, and environments.
- Comply with the terms of any third-party websites, applications, or integrations connected to Diffie.
You may not:
- Use Diffie to violate law, infringe rights, or test systems without authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the service.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or exploit the service except as permitted by applicable law.
- Use the service to transmit malicious code, spam, or content that is abusive, unlawful, or deceptive.
5. Customer Data and Inputs
You retain ownership of the information, prompts, URLs, credentials, application content, and other materials you submit to the service. You grant Diffie a limited right to host, process, copy, transmit, and display that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
You are solely responsible for obtaining any permissions, notices, or consents required to submit data to Diffie or to allow Diffie to access and test your applications.
6. AI-Generated Outputs
Diffie uses automated systems to generate tests, recommendations, summaries, and related outputs. Those outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them for engineering, security, or release decisions.
7. Fees and Billing
Some features may require payment. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees and taxes associated with your subscription or order. Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing, packaging, or product tiers from time to time. Any pricing changes will apply prospectively.
8. Intellectual Property
Diffie and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the service, including the software, design, branding, and documentation, other than the data you submit. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in Diffie.
9. Third-Party Services
The service may interoperate with third-party services such as cloud providers, CI tools, analytics products, authentication providers, and AI or browser automation infrastructure. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe your use violates these terms, creates risk to Diffie or others, or is required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diffie disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Diffie and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your data, or your violation of these terms.
